Here are a few examples of my work in learning experience design, blended learning, curriculum planning, storyboards, LMS management and project management.
Live Online Training
Purpose: Converted in-person programs to Live-Online Training sessions in order to continue to deliver sold client programs during Covid-19 .
In-Person Program:
Digital Marketing
Purpose: Train marketers to help increase sales via digital channels, optimize media spend and increase data skills to accelerate insight gathering and decision making.
Online Learning: Importance of File Management
Purpose: Teach the importance of file management and how these skills can be used throughout one's professional career.
Online Learning: Introduction to Process Mapping
Purpose: Upon completion of 21 weeks in-classroom training, the young adults (age 18-24) of this organization pursue internships with corporate partners. By providing a suite of online learning tools, the young adults are able to continue their learning outside of the classroom and acquire new skills that are related to their internship assignments.
Blended Learning: Customer Service Training
Purpose: Enhanced the in-classroom learning experience by adding online interactive challenges at the end of each class. This game-like learning assessment kept the learner engaged while testing their knowledge gained on the topics covered in class that day.
Curriculum Design
Purpose: Created a course blueprint which included detailed lesson plans, goals & objectives for each topic along with detailed interactive activities.
Storyboards
Creating a storyboard is a great way to document the visual elements that will be used in your elearning course, such as the color theme, font type, color theme for buttons, shapes, callouts, etc.
LMS Management
Maintained a well organized LMS structure, layout and visual style that allowed learners to easily navigate the course and access training content
Project Management
Effective project management skills are essential to ensure the successful implementation of a new training module or a revamp of existing training content. It all starts with a well thought out project plan.
